CSL WING CHUN KUEN CANADA

My goal is to establish a growing Tui Shou practitioner group in St. John's, NFLD.
Tui Shou will be taught in levels. As you progress through the Wing Chun forms, deeper layers will be added that specifically function within the principles of the form you are learning.
Qi Gong is used mainly in Tui Shou, but also during the forms(Once again deeper layers are added as you progress).
Iron Body is used in the applications. There are both striking drills as well as specific exercises that meet the needs of the area being trained in.
All three are important and compliment each other, therefore, critical attention has to be payed to all areas of the SYSTEM, in order to achieve the goals set forth.
***More detailed explanations can be found in the ABOUT menu link for Tui Shou, Qi Gong and Iron Body***
